Archetype Performance Solutions is a small, privately held firm specializing in a wide range of performance improvement solutions. Because we have our roots as a "training" company, we approach much of the work we do from an Instructional Systems Design (ISD) point of view. One of the main models we use is ADDIE - Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. Our associates have designed, developed and delivered (implemented) several types of training programs in multiple industries. We have also provided the front-end analysis for many performance improvement programs and provided evaluation services both during and after implementing programs.

Although our frame of reference is typically ISD, we are not limited to only doing typical Instructional Systems Design work. We also apply the systematic methods of the ADDIE model to other areas where we can improve individual and organizational performance.
